Policies

You have provided me with your name, postal and email addresses, details of the product that you are ordering and payment information so that I can fulfil your order, settle disputes, provide customer support and comply with my statutory obligations. Once your order has been fulfilled I will not store, share or use your information either electronically, as a hard copy or in any other format whatsoever. Your details will be deleted after 21 days  


Items are packed with great care but if your parcel arrives damaged please contact me within 3 working days so that I can arrange for a return. If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know within 14 days and return it undamaged within 21 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. The buyer will be refunded the cost of the item less the original postage costs once it has returned undamaged so please take care with repackaging. Returns are not available on commissioned, personalised or custom made items.  

  
Currently I am posting to UK mainland only. I maintain a small stock of most items and these will be dispatched usually within 3 to 5 days. If you are worried about availability or to check when an item will be in stock please don't hesitate to contact me. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 'Signed For' 2nd class delivery or by Parcelforce UK  - allow a further 2 to 3 days for the postman to deliver your order.
